Hey there,
In this week's episode, I open up about something we're all feeling right now - that heaviness on our chests when we look at what's happening in Palestine, Sudan, Ukraine, Congo, and here in the United States.
Why listen when the world feels overwhelming?
Because sometimes the people who should be quiet have the loudest platforms, while those of us carrying grief keep our mouths shut. I'm breaking that pattern. I don't have it all figured out, and that's exactly the point.
This episode is about:
Finding tiny moments of connection when isolation feels easier
Why watching a baby bird or noticing a bumblebee isn't "small" at all
How these brief releases from heaviness matter, even if they only last 30 seconds
"Everything is connected to everything."
That's what I keep coming back to. Your humanity is tied to mine, and to everyone else's. That connection is what lifts the weight, even if just for a moment.
So join me in remembering we're human. Take one step. Put one foot in front of the other. Look. Pause. Breathe.
I'd love to hear if this resonates with you - or if there's something else you'd like to talk about on a future episode.
With love,
Angie
P.S. Remember: You are worth knowing. You are worth loving. You are worth being in this world.
