Currant Flower Cordial

I love currants! This is my first try making currant flower cordial.

• Lots of flowers

• Sugar

• Water

• I added some citrus as well

Strained it through a mesh strainer and put it in a clean jar. It should last 3 weeks in the fridge.

I’m now drinking it in sparkling lime water and it’s fucking delicious!
