Hello everyone,
I decided to shake things up for this episode and bring you along to my actual office - Washington Park. This is where I usually take groups for mindful, somatic, meditative archery sessions and rage walking.
I spend a lot of time in this space, and it never gets old. Just recently, I spotted a young buck wandering through - a deer, that is, not just some guy taking a stroll.
There's something special about recording from the place where the real work happens, surrounded by the same energy I share with my clients. Hope you can feel a bit of that magic through your headphones.
